We all experience difficult times and go through unexpected life changes and transitions at one point or another. During these times, we often experience pain, stress and changes in our relationships and mood (depression, anxiety). Counseling can be a powerful asset to help you navigate these with success and work through the pain and difficulty you are experiencing. I aim to come alongside you in the stress, pain, change and transitions; you do not have to walk through it alone. I believe there is great value in having someone walk with you through pain; I can help you to understand it, bear it and move through the difficulty productively.

I want to help you identify and accomplish your goals, help you to know yourself deeper and help you to accomplish the desires you hold for yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually and relationally. If you aren't sure what your goals are, we will work together to identify them. I work with clients to help them heal from and manage their grief, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression in productive and healthy ways. At the start of counseling with any client my goals are to listen and learn; I strive to deeply hear and understand my clients' stress, pain, emotions and history. Only then can I begin to help clients change, heal and grow successfully. Clients themselves hold a great deal of the strength and answers they need to heal and move forward; I am skilled at helping clients reveal and uncover those strengths and needed answers. I offer a warm and empathetic personality and I aim to connect well with my clients.
