3. Availability

I am typically available to schedule counseling sessions Monday through Friday. Three days per week (typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) I have evening availability for later counseling sessions (typically 6pm is my last scheduled session). However if your needs fall outside of this availability, please let me know and I will try to accommodate you.

4. Confidentiality and Records

5. Referrals

If at any time you are dissatisfied with my counseling services, please let me know. I will do my best to work with you and resolve your concerns. If I am not able to resolve your concerns, I will provide you with a referral for counseling services requested.

6. Emergencies

I check my voice mail multiple times per day during the weekdays. I will do my best to return your call within 24 hours. I am not however, able to respond to a mental health or counseling emergency situation. If you experience an emergency, please contact 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room. You may also call Holly Hill Respond in the Triangle area at 919-250-7000.
